Initial website inquiries and discovery conversations do not create a paid engagement by themselves. Any paid work should be governed by a separate scope, agreement, or proposal.
If a client needs to pause or cancel a confirmed engagement, the outcome may depend on the work already reserved, delivered, or committed. K.R.E.S.T may review the matter in good faith based on the actual stage of work.
For digital build, content-system, or platform-related work, payment and cancellation handling should be clarified in the specific engagement terms because timelines, approvals, and implementation stages vary.
If you need clarification on a proposal, payment stage, or cancellation request, contact K.R.E.S.T directly through the public business email channels.
